I began marching in parades with the California Golden Girls at 2 years old. I was pretty much raised into baton twirling since my three older siblings were already involved by the time I was born. I began taking private lessons when I was 5 years old and started to compete in solo events. I started to compete internationally by the time I was 7 years old. Being in a baton twirling family it has taught me strong family ties and I am very close to my family from all the traveling that baton has taken us all. I have had the opportunity to travel to other countries and witness the world championships in France and Italy.
I have won many awards and am thankful for my baton life. I have had the chance of a life-time to make friends all over the world.
I have been teaching since 2002 and been loving every minute of giving back to baton what it has given me. For where I am today I am most thankful to my mother for taking me to the many private and group lessons throughout my competition years. As well as to my coaches who have given me such a valuable skill that I can now share with the world. I am a Registered Nurse and I am fully CPR Certified for the professional
